Overqualified Employees Forge Ahead

Are you willing to accept a job offer knowing that you're overqualified for it? If so, you're not alone. Of the 741 job seekers we recently polled, near, 88% said that they would take a job beneath their skill level in order to be gainfully employed. Another 7% weren't sure and only 5% of the group said they wouldn't take a lower position.
Changing Times
What was once thought of as a stigma, overqualified employees are now in roles that they wouldn't have considered a few years ago. The playing field has changed. Employers today are faced with many new, overqualified applicants willing to do the job.
